Adela was first ordained in 2005 in Edmonton, and has led parishes in Jasper AB and Powell River BC. In retirement she moved to Greater Victoria in 2016, and soon became an Honorary Assistant at Christ Church Cathedral. She has two children and two grandchildren, and lives with her best friend Pepper dog. She enjoys reading, walking, knitting & crochet, drum circles and live theatre. In religious graduate studies at University of Manitoba, she focused on liberation theology, and then on world religions and ecology. After retiring early she’s delighted to be working in interim ministry, and looking forward to getting to know the Two Saints family, as we walk forward together in discernment of the path God intends for us.
